it’s spring


Yesterday it rained in the afternoon. I went out on the back porch and watched it. I love that earthy smell that comes with rain. It’s wonderful.

Apparently, it didn’t get cold enough this winter to freeze the tulip bulbs. We only have a few stragglers popping up this year. They look beautiful, of course. Just a little lonely.

    what a really pretty tulip! Everything is slow in blooming this spring here in PA because of the really cold, snowy and LONG winter:(
    I love the smell of fresh rain too. Happy PPF!
