imaginary flowers
Just finished up some imaginary flowers. It’s a large painting – 15 in x 11 in – so it took a bit longer to paint.
Also, this is 300 lb. paper and it takes lots of water and many layers of pigment to get the colors to pop!

I’m off work today so the plan is to spend all day in the studio. Chores can wait!
Happy Independence Day to my American friends! And happy Paint Party Friday!
