more spring flowers

Two more pieces finished. We’ve had some rain this week and now everything is really GREENING up outside.

As I do yard work, I keep finding new things sprouting that I forgot that I planted. One of the perks of being married to someone who works at a garden/landscape business is that you get lots of things to try. Bulbs and seeds and, at the end of the summer, all the stragglers that didn’t sell. He gets them at a discount and I just plop them in the dirt.

I’m not particular–I just plant them. Always room for one more. If they live, they live. Most do. And so it’s a surprise in the spring to see what’s coming back!

The front garden is covered in tiny green leaves. I’m waiting to see if I remember what I planted ☺ Are they flowers? Or just weeds? Time will tell!

Linking up with Paint Party Friday–please be sure to visit!
