Using some of my pencil sketches as reference (from yesterday’s post), I started to play with color. Here are a few using a “cool” palette.

Not sure why this came out darker. I think it's one where I had to adjust the color to match the yellow. Who knows?

I used the pattern on a Box Turtle for inspiration here.

This "flower" was inspired by a clump of berries.
