what a weekend!

Oh, my, the weekend just flew by! I drove north to visit my mom for Mother’s Day. Also, it was my grandson’s birthday.

I ate LOTS of cake and ice cream.

Did I draw any food? Sure I did…just need to add some paint. I’ll have to play catch up in the next day or so.

I DID finish up another story late last week before I hit the road. I think my scanner is on its last leg…I’m not happy with the colors on these…but you get the general idea.

    Oh this is a wonderful story!!! And I love these beautiful pictures too. And I love the surprising happy end! Your story makes me also feel so young again as I had similar experiences. Especially the "horror of being the new girl".
