food journal



I keep a food journal where I can draw pictures of things I eat.

Most of the time I like to use it to track what goes into my mouth so I don’t overeat.

Other times, I use it to show what I didn’t put into my mouth. Instead of eating something, I can doodle it until the craving goes away.

Yummy things like chocolate cake or malted milkshakes or snicker bars or chocolate chip cookies…well, you get the idea.
