you bite it, you write it!


That’s my mantra! I learned that at Weight Watchers and it’s helped me lose 35 lbs.

Some weeks it’s hard for me to keep at the journaling (writing down everything I eat during the day). So for those weeks, I draw what I eat instead. Just to mix things up.

This was my afternoon snack yesterday. Yum…chocolate!
