Argh…I’m running out of ideas for faces!!
Here is a guy I did using my left-hand (wrong hand). I drew the face first using a sharpie, then added paint. I work slower with my left hand, but I think it’s a fun way to play.
I did sign it with my right hand though. I sort of went on auto-pilot there and switched hands ☺

I love contour drawings like these and left hand/wrong hand drawings are good practice for us all!
ReplyDeleteG*O*R*G*E*O*U*S*!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHe is Fabulous! My favorite kind of face. I like to work with my left non-dominant hand as well. I first did ti on a challenge on DPW and found that it was very loose and abstract looking, but I like it! Yours is great.
ReplyDeleteI like this guy - has a masculine look and I'm amazed at what you can do with your non-dominant hand!!
ReplyDeleteWow! For a non-dominant handed drawing this is fabulous! (I was worried I’d run out of faces too, but they just seem to show up night after night!)
ReplyDeleteThis is a great painting, i love the colours and simple lines. It's a challenge working with your none dominant hand but I love what you have done.
ReplyDeleteInteresting! Have to try that too (I'm also running out of ideas ... ;-), AND time, lol). You did a great job with your left hand!
ReplyDeleteI love your art - very inspiring!
ReplyDeleteI love the line you get using the 'wrong' hand! It has such a quality to it doesn't it? Great work :)
